Data Deletion Requests — Camarie McBride Photography
You may request deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
Email camarie@camariemcbride.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" from the email address (or including the phone number or social media handle) you used to contact us, so we can locate your records.
What we delete
Your contact details, message history, and inquiry records held in our studio systems. If you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we will delete the copies held in our records; the conversation may still exist in your own Messenger or Instagram app, which is under Meta's control, not ours.
What we may retain
Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or contractual reasons (for example, invoices for completed sessions), retained only as long as required. Delivered photo galleries are removed on request as part of deletion.
Timing
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by reply when it is done.
